Annual Board of Directors Election Information
|
Nominations from the "Floor"
- During the Annual Members Meeting listed above, nominees will be accepted from the floor and added to the official election ballot.
- You may not be added to the ballot if you do not attend the members meeting or otherwise communicate your desire to run for the board.
- You must be an NRC member for one year to be eligible to run for the board of directors through either an individual membership or an affiliated State Recycling Organization.
- Affiliates include: Alabama Recycling Coalition, Assn. of Ohio Recyclers, California Resource Recovery Association, Carolina Recycling Association, Illinois Recycling Association, Indiana Recycling Coalition, MassRecycle, Michigan Recycling Coalition, Nebraska Recycling Council, NYSAR3, Pennsylvania Recycling Markets Center, Professional Recyclers of PA, RecycleColorado, State of Texas Alliance for Recycling

Election Ballot Information
- The Board of Directors election will open Wednesday, November 3rd after the members meeting adjourns.
- This email contains your unique voter ID and a link to an Election page with candidate information. The ballot can be completed on the Election page when voting opens.
- You will need to enter your voter ID in order to cast your vote.
- Nominees from the floor will be added immediately after the NRC Town Hall meeting.
- Voting opens at approximately 5:00 PM ET, 4:00 PM CT, 3:00 PM MT, 2:00 PM PT after floor nominees are added to the ballot. The ballot will be activated on the Election page when voting opens.
- The election will close at midnight (pacific standard time) on Wednesday, November 10th. The current board has extended the election window to allow for addressing any possible technical issues and providing assistance to members.
