We encourage "delegations" from communities to attend, including: a local elected official, a top City manager, City solid waste/recycling staff, a progressive business and an environmental group. If you get 3-4 of those to attend and debrief afterwards, you'll accelerate the consideration of your higher waste diversion options locally.
