Anthony Myint is an award-winning chef/restaurateur and co-founder of Zero Foodprint, a 501c.3 leading public-private collaborations with state agencies and regional governments and conservation experts to scale regenerative agriculture. ZFP has generated and awarded over $1M to 65 soil carbon sequestration projects on over 65 farms and ranches in CA and CO with an expected GHG benefit equal to not burning over 4 million gallons of gas. ZFP is also overseeing a program to optimize the climate outcomes from CA’s SB1383 as a Direct Service Provider coordinating procurement compliance through agricultural compost application projects.
