National Recycling Congress | Nov 3-4 2021

Planning is well underway between NRC and the New York State Association of Reduction, Reuse and Recycling (NYSAR³) for the 2021 [Virtual] National Recycling Congress, November 3-4. The Congress is the premier two-day educational and networking event covering issues of waste prevention, reuse, recycling, composting, market development, buy recycled, equity and diversity, and more, organized by the National Recycling Coalition (NRC).

NRC is thrilled to announce that both the Illinois Recycling Foundation, Iowa Recycling Association, State of Texas Alliance for Recycling and NYSAR³ have signed up as Collaborating Organizations for the Congress.

Finally, planning has now begun to develop the most beneficial program and sessions which will focus on topics, including: Recycling is Infrastructure Too; Climate Change & Recycling; Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; and much much more. National Zero Waste Virtual Conference |Dec 8-9 2021


The 2021 National Zero Waste Conference, December 8-9, is being organized by Zero Waste USA in partnership with the National Recycling Coalition. This virtual event in early December will focus on Zero Waste Business for Day 1 and Zero Waste Communities on Day 2. The multi-faceted program, curated by Zero Waste USA, provides introductory content for those new to the field as well as more sophisticated programming for seasoned professionals and advocates. More than 500 attendees took part in the well-received 2020 virtual conference. Collaborating Organizations are back including TRUE, the Northern California Recycling Association, and the Zero Waste International Alliance.

Registration is now open.
