President, Illinois Recycling Foundation
With over 30 years experience in recycling in both the private and public arenas, it has been a pleasure to see the growth in reuse, recycling and composting. As president of the Illinois Recycling Foundation and Chair of the Illinois Product Stewardship Council, I am currently working on EPR legislation for Paint and Packaging in Illinois and excited to moderate this session. Marta also currently serves as the Will County Recycling Coordinator.
