Equity Administrator, City and County of Denver
Berenice Garcia-Tellez serves multiple roles and is influential in each. She works as the equity administrator for the City and County of Denver’s Energize Denver program. Garcia-Tellez provides outreach and collaboration with various community stakeholders to achieve environmental stewardship, social equity, and economic development goals. As chair of the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Boulder County, Berenice has supported Latino businesses throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and constantly works to advocate for Latino businesses and residents.
