Accessing the Conference

The main conference Zoom link and password can be found:

  1. In your confirmation email – Registration Confirmation: National Zero Waste Conference 2021, which was sent automatically right after registration.
  2. In a series of emails entitled National Zero Waste Conference Access, which were sent on December 5 and 6, and will be re-sent the day before each conference day. It includes the Live Program links and password for the day(s) you registered for.

The Live Program makes it easy to travel from the Main Stage to the Concurrent Sessions and back again. From there, you can also access the speakers and session details. We suggest you leave the tab open so that you do not need to keep re-entering the password.

Registration Details, 2021

Full Conference: $175 One Day: $150

Each registration is for one named individual and may not be “shared” between multiple individuals.

Speakers and moderators receive a one day pass plus a 50% discount for a second day.

Volunteers receive a free pass for each conference day they volunteer and a 50% discount if they register for a second day. Students and Advocates must contact the office to request a discount. Group discounts are available for groups of 6 or more.

NRC Members and ZWIA Affiliates Receive a $50 Discount

There are two kinds of NRC members. Direct membership or as a member of an associated State Recycling Organization (SRO). On the registration form, click the NRC Membership Type drop-down menu at the bottom to indicate whether you are a direct member of member of an affiliate.

NCRA Serving as NZWC Registration Processor

The conference has partnered with the Northern California Recycling Association (NCRA) to manage registrations. When you click on the registration links, you will connect to a page on the NCRA website. You will need to create an account and select a password.

Prefer To Pay By Check? Need An Invoice?

Individuals should register and select pay by check. An invoice is automatically generated.

Groups should send a note to the office with specifics – organization name, contact person with contact details and number of registrations by type. We will send an invoice with registration instructions. Payment must be received in our offices by November 29, 2021 to ensure registration is complete and conference credentials sent before the event starts.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share email lists. That said, all sponsors and attendees receive the Conference Directory which lists all registrants that did not opt-out on registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registrants may cancel and request a refund less a 20% processing fee up until October 15, 2021. After that date, refunds will available until November 15, 2021 less a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be offered for cancellations after November 15, 2020. You may transfer your registration to an associate.


Platform, Slides and Recording

We are using Zoom for the entire conference. Keynote and plenary presentations will be recorded and will be available for on-demand playback by registrants. Slide decks will be posted on the website. Here are the 2020 recordings.
