1. Provided discounts to members to attend National Zero Waste Conference.
2. Produced unique content and distributed semi-monthly e-newsletter to member networks. 
3. Developed and will disseminate model Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policy language in 2022. 
4. Organized 7 regional market development workshops in partnership with US EPA and regional recycling organizations and stakeholders.
5. Continues to develop and improve the online NRC Library of Recycling Resources, accessible to all members.

14. Restarted Rapid Response Network to respond to negative recycling stories in the media.
15. Restarted Buy Recycled Business Alliance as a NRC Technical Council.

Inclusion and Diversity

• Inclusion of all types of voices, with the encouragement of diversity in the voices of recycling from the State Recycling Organizations (as our base membership), State Agencies, Industry Associations, and throughout the recycling industry.
