SVP of Advocacy, Policy & Regulations, Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries
Komal (“Komie”) K. Jain serves as the Senior Vice President of Advocacy, Policy and Regulations at the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI). She supports ISRI’s work on a broad range of scientific, regulatory, legislative, legal and educational issues unique to the recycling industry. Her work involves analyzing state, national and international legislative and regulatory proposals; developing and drafting regulatory comments, policies and other communications; and working with international, federal and state and other regulators on advancing recycling. Ms. Jain holds a juris doctorate and spent almost 20 years in private and government practice before joining ISRI in July 2022.
